We currently work with several local hospitals i.e.: Cleveland Clinic Avon, Mercy Regional Medical in Lorain, Mercy Regional Medical in Oberlin, and UH Elyria Medical Center. In the Warm Hand Off Project Certified Peer Recovery Supporters respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to calls from the staff at these hospitals to assist those suffering an overdose or in withdrawal. The Warm Hand Off program exemplifies our proficiency in navigation and referral to local treatment providers. The success of our navigational assistance from the ER to detox or treatment, and recovery housing is proven by data showing the overall effectiveness of the project.
